Changed to Corgi from British Gas due…
Changed to Corgi from British Gas due to lack of planned annual servicing and increased costs.
Corgi have serviced my boiler within 5 months of me taking out the service plan and the engineer arrived on time and I later received an email from Corgi to confirm that my boiler was serviced on this date.

Read the small print re cancelling your policy as I’ve just paid £108 to cancel my policy…
I am moving house and called to cancel my policy. I was astounded when I was told that I had to pay a cancellation fee of £108… this is £14 less than if I let the policy run to full term. I was cleverly advised that I signed up to this in the small print of the agreement and even though they can’t provide the cover for the next 6 months they are still entitled to virtually full payment. Up to this point I was fairly satisfied with Corgi’s services. That changed when the screwed me for over £100 so nothing in return. Disgraceful customer service and not what I expected from a reputable service provider. Headline, read the small print as the sales staff don’t specifically point this out in their sales pitch…

Pleasant young lady talked me through our problem with boiler.
Reasured me that it was safe.
arranged a service which was carried out on Monday.
Excellent service.
